QUALITY

Savory or sweet, salty or spicy, our food is delicious! The strength of the menu at The Rock is our reliance on local, fresh ingredients. In the Chiriqui Highlands we benefit from an abundance of fruits, vegetables and legumes as well as rich dairy products. We feature the best locally-sourced meats, along with a variety of fish and seafood from the coasts. Preparing dishes that enhance rather than obscure these wonderful ingredients is our chef’s goal.

CHEF'S CORNER

Welcome to The Rock Boquete. I'm very pleased to join the team at The Rock where we serve food without pretenses, great wines and artisan beer. Join me in a new culinary adventure in the Chiriqui Highlands, the food basket of Panama. This will be my blog, where I will share with you the world behind the stove and beyond. Cheers, Executive Chef Erick Cabrera

ABOUT THE ROCK RESTAURANT

Jörg Senne and   Andrew Wilkins are the forces behind Select Small Hotels, a hospitality management company that owns and operates The Rock. Based in Boquete, the company manages a number of properties throughout Panama.
