ABOUT THE ROCK RESTAURANT
The Rock opened in 2009 under the direction of a duo of hospitality experts who shared a vision of creating a unique eating experience in Boquete. Jörg Senne and Andrew Wilkins are the forces behind Select Small Hotels, a hospitality management company that owns and operates The Rock. Based in Boquete, the company manages a number of properties throughout Panama.
